Week 1 Day 3

Hello everyone!

Here's today's workout if you're following the new challenge with me :)


Here's what I had for lunch today. I must say, it was probably one of the best salads I've made so far. It is romaine lettuce, black olives, grape tomatoes, 2 hard boiled eggs, artificial crab (not the best but it sure is tasty hehe), and hemp hearts. The dressing is just balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a bit of honey. I had a piece of a banana that I had left in the fridge and also a piece of toast with light cream cheese. I was starving and I probably should have waited a few minutes before eating the toast, but oh well! ;)


I've been thinking about creating a facebook page to post things like this and I'm still deciding whether or not I can commit to something like that. Also, big changes happening soon! :) I can't wait!!!
