Kale Chips

I love these crunchy little guys. I prefer them to potato chips actually and their taste is amazing. Cut or tear them into pieces, roughly the same size and wash the leaves. I recently bought a salad spinner that is very handy for these :) I used to buy the pre-washed salads and saved the containers so I used one of those to toss/shake everything together. I season/flavour mine with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and either Montreal steak spice or Mrs. Dash. Bake at 425F for 5 mins, but keep an eye on them. Bon apetit!
