Maple Pumpkin Pie Baked Oatmeal

 Maple pumpkin pie baked oatmeal

  •  ½ cup old fashioned oats (i used rolled)
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2tsp maple extract
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese non fat

Mix in dish throw in oven 350 for 30 mins till oatmeal firm to touch.
