Two Ingredient Cookies



Someone on my fit group posted their 2 ingredient cookies and they sounded like a great idea. All they require are bananas and oatmeal. I used 2 large bananas and mashed them with a potato masher. Then added in some quick oats until it was the consistency of cookie batter/dough (sorry I didn't measure). I have a nut/seed mixture that has pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cashews, peanuts, and dried blueberries so I added a little bit of that. I also added cinnamon that made them smell sooooo good. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. I didn't feel guilty about eating these because... well come on, they're only banana and oatmeal. :)
