Too many rest days

Happy Friday!!!

I have a busy weekend ahead of me: football game tonight and then my friend's stagette party tomorrow night. Last weekend I took rest days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday due to camping. I didn't workout on Wednesday because I was helping my parents move, and I'm having to take another rest day today to make it to the football game in time. It's funny because it's driving me CRAZY that I'm having to take so many. I've been seeing awesome results with adding more veggies to my diet and the ZWOWs just add to the great feeling I'm getting lately. I also noticed when doing my workout last night that I've already lost some strength when doing burpees =(

I'm going to go hard on Saturday and Sunday to make up for lost time =) I'm going to try to be good this weekend alcohol-wise (also because I can't afford it, HA!).

I think next week I'm going to do a daily food diary with pictures on my Facebook page. I was going to try doing it this week but I've been so busy and just foggy brained, didn't think to take pictures.
