Focus T25 - Alpha phase

I forgot to write a post that I started Shaun T's new program: Focus T25. I'm currently on week 3 of Alpha Phase (which is Phase 1) and I'm proud to say that I've followed the calendar to a tee. I have never followed a program calendar this long, aside from Bodyrock but that's because those are only 12 minutes.

I find with most program: Turbo Fire, Insanity, etc. that I just can't commit to fitting an hour or more into my day after work. I could do it before work but honestly I don't get as good of a workout in the morning because I'm so not a morning person. I'm tired and sluggish and really just half assing my workout at that point.

I work different shifts varying from starting at 8:00AM to 10:00AM. Tomorrow I happen to start at 10:00AM so that means that I can still sleep in AND do my workout before work :) Tonight was lower focus and tomorrow morning is cardio. I love doing my workout before work because then it's out of the way for the day and I have my whole evening to do whatever I want.
