I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend wherever you are located :) This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada and I love holidays. I love the yummy food but mostly I love being with my family.
I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family. This last week I had a few discussions with friends or coworkers about loving seeing my family for dinner and I was surprised at how many people don't enjoy their families. I hope that even if you don't have immediate family that you have a friend's family that has taken you in lol. My mom is 'mummy' to a few of my friends.
Anyway, to the food. Yesterday I ate clean up until dinner. Just because dinner is going to be calorie dense doesn't mean you don't have to maintain your good diet up to then. Today is back to clean eating!
Last night for dinner we have homemade cabbage rolls, stuffing, roasted potatoes, homemade bread, salad, turkey with homemade cranberry sauce, spaghetti squash, and homemade pickled beets. Delicious. I also had more than one piece of pie haha.
I also did my double up workout day yesterday because my joints were sore from dancing at the bar the previous night in crappy (but pretty) boots. Today is back to my normal schedule for T25. Week 4! Holy crap!
