I went through my workout journal and wrote out moves from Bodyrock/DailyHIIT videos and from ZWOWs. I draw out a few and create a workout from it. I usually do 4 moves and do 4-5 rounds but sometimes I like more moves and do less rounds (eg. 7 moves/3 rounds for a 21 minute workout).
3 rounds for a 15 minute workout - 50/10
5 rounds for a 25 minute workout - 50/10
3 rounds for 12 minute workout and 4 rounds for 16 minute workout - 50/10
4 rounds for 16 minute workout - 50/10
3 rounds for a 15 minute workout - 50/10
- low jacks
- push ups
- sit ups
- switch kicks
- bike abs
5 rounds for a 25 minute workout - 50/10
- Russian twists
- break dance push ups
- jump lunge and wood chop
- Santana push up
- knee raise (EQ)
3 rounds for 12 minute workout and 4 rounds for 16 minute workout - 50/10
- bent over rows (20 lb sandbag)
- broad jumps
- monkey push ups
- 3 jump lunges and side kick (alternate sides)
4 rounds for 16 minute workout - 50/10
- Surfer turns
- Tricep dips
- Bike abs
- One leg walk out and burpees
