Feels great to be back on track!

I made it through yesterday without any candy, go me! This will power thing is cool :P Here is most of what I ate yesterday. Sometimes I'm just so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of my meal or snack before it's gone. For breakfast I had a spinach omelet with avocado toast.



Morning snack was a gala apple and 2% cottage cheese.


I bought a big bag of lemons on Sunday and I'm in love with lemon water. I like it in my cold water or in hot water. I find I'm drinking more water with it.


Lunch was chicken breast, asparagus, and whole grain penne noodles. I had strawberries with my lunch for something sweet. 



Dinner was chicken breast, steamed veggies, and avocado with balsamic vinegar drizzled over it.

I know it's only one day but honestly, I woke up feeling great! A good day is a stepping stone to the next one because when you're feeling great you want to continue with it.

Still no candy for me today but I forgot to take pictures of my snack. I had cottage cheese, apple, and cereal for breakfast which was post workout. Morning snack was a protein smoothie made with 1 scoop of protein, half a banana, spinach, strawberries, and Greek yogurt. Lunch was the same as yesterday and dinner is going to be a spinach omelet. Afternoon snack was a banana and cereal.
