Detox Yoga Bites
I didn't create this recipe and I'm not sure where it is from. If this is your recipe please let me know and I will list your blog/page as the source. My cousin found this recipe and posted it in our fitness group. It looks like it makes a HUGE batch, so beware. I haven't made these yet either but they sound really good.
- 1 1/2 Jars Almond Butter
- 4 Cups Nuts (whatever you'd like! Walnuts, almonds, pecans)
- 2 Cups apple, grated and slightly dried out on a paper towel
- 3 Carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 inch cube of ginger - coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package Hemp Hearts
