One of my favorites when they're in season: cherries :)



I was craving ice cream one night so I put plain Greek yogurt, half a banana, frozen blueberries, frozen mixed fruit, and water. Blended it up and it was like soft serve. So good!


Late night snack: blueberries and raspberries


1% cottage cheese with Mrs. Dash and pumpkin seeds with a nectarine


Almond cranberry crunch cereal with fresh raspberries


I'm not really a fan of plain Greek yogurt but I love the President's Choice Blue Menu Finesse yogurt. They're low in sugar and calories. I was craving ice cream tonight so I put some of the Vanilla yogurt in a bowl with some frozen raspberries and wild blueberries. Mmmm!
