My typical lunch these days

I've been making good food decisions lately and prepping like crazy and I have to say I love it. Get everything done in about an hour on a Sunday and you have snacks and lunches done for the week. This is what my lunch bag looked like last week.

I eat breakfast before I leave for work. I choose from a few things to keep it interesting: oatmeal, cream of wheat, President's Choice whole grain pancakes, banana nut pancakes from Self magazine, or french toast made with egg whites.

AM snack - 1/2 plain Greek yogurt mixed with Yoplait Source dessert selection yogurt and 1/4 cup of granola. I have a few granola mixtures that I'm working on using before buying more but I've been using Quaker harvest crunch. Jordans muesli mixes are awesome too, and I have a PC blue menu mix as well.

Lunch - (these are the ones I prepped on Sunday) chicken breast, 1 cup spaghetti squash, and 1/2 cup brown rice and a gala apple.

PM snack - crap load of cut up veggies with 2-3 tablespoons of Sabra roasted red pepper hummus.

If I'm hungry between breaks I have walnuts, almonds, popcorn, and granola bars in my desk. I'm still working on not constantly eating at work - I'm aware its a problem haha.

I love eating healthy and when everything tastes this good how could you not want to? What's in your lunch kit?
